The next generation

I revisited George Barna's April 26 Perspective piece and thought it might be good discussion especially as our government are looking to adjust the course of SSI to prevent a crippling disaster caused by the imminent retirement of baby boomers and the faulty way SSI has been allowed to exist until now. The question for discussion is this: How does the average church begin to approach the issue to succession planning for all levels of spiritual, executive and administrative leadership? Are you concerned about the collapse of your church or ministry when your current leadership leaves?
