Indiana Supreme Court hears abortion case

"A 10-year legal battle over a state law requiring women to wait 18 hours before an abortion went to the Indiana Supreme Court on Tuesday.

Indiana's informed consent law has been under attack since it was signed by then-Gov. Evan Bayh."
