Less crime for less money...

"INDIANAPOLIS, IN – A special session addressing cost-effective solutions to reduce crime and bring both justice and rehabilitation to juvenile offenders is being presented by the Indiana Youth Institute, in partnership with the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute. Youth workers, judges, juvenile justice policy makers, juvenile law enforcement officials, and others are invited to attend the interactive ISSUES AND ANSWERS session, Effective Youth Development Practices for Juvenile Offenders, to be held on July 21, in Indianapolis."
