The Bible is the heart and core of every educational program at Crossroads. We believe it to be the inspired, inerrant, authoritative Word of God, the all-sufficient source of truth. Theologically, Crossroads is conservative and evangelical, which means your Christian faith will not be attacked but built up. We affirm the historic fundamentals held by all true Christians, regardless of denomination, through the ages.
At Crossroads we are persuaded that what we are is as important as what we know. Therefore we place much effort in developing Christ-like character and a servant's heart. You will be challenged to live a balanced, mature, consistent Christian life.

With a racially integrated board, administration, faculty, staff, and student body, Crossroads is a national leader in modeling and promoting multiethnic ministry. At Crossroads you will learn to appreciate the heritages and cultures of those different from yourself and develop a love for all people.
Training Christian Leaders to Reach a Multiethnic Urban World for Christ—that's not just an empty slogan at Crossroads. We are committed to the city and to biblical racial reconciliation. Blended with these are our strong emphasis upon expository preaching/teaching, biblical counseling, discipleship, and church planting.
