National Night Out keep neighbors safe

When Joshua Dokes and his brother Ray chased down a purse-snatcher, the man had a warning.

"He said, 'I'll see you again,' and I said, 'I hope so,' " said the 6-foot-3, 285-pound Dokes, who retrieved the purse but let the crook go in his haste to check on the injured victim.
A few days later, the Dokes brothers of Southport did see the man again...
