The majority of these "churches" and their senior pastors on this list have no clue what the true Gospel really is, i.e., how to "get somebody saved." When was the last time you heard Rick or Joel mention sin? When was the last time you heard T.D. or Bill mention Hell or God's wrath? When was the last time these people didn't say something that just tickled everyone's ears leading the vast majority of their adherents down the broad road to hell because of their self-fufillment, easy-believism gospel rather than the true Gospel of self-denial, holiness, righteousness, being born-again, and the glorification of God?
Please visit www.livingwaters.com and www.sliceoflaodicea.com for much, much more information on the state of modern evangelicalism today. These sites represent ministries that truly have so changed my thinking I can unequivocally say that I, as a lifelong "Christian," had never been truly born-again until recently. To God be all the glory! Are you sure you are?
"Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Or do you not realize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?--unless indeed you fail to meet the test! I hope you will find out that we have not failed the test." -2 Cor. 13:5-6 (ESV)
