From the National Missionary Convention...
[We received this note from one of our visitors regarding this week's National Mission Convention.]"NMC is, as always, an incredible opportunity to renew friendships and make new friends. Not only that, but the chance to speak to SO many missionaries, in cross-cultural and stateside missions, is just wonderful.
The teen convention is again a great place for teens to be uplifted, challenged and to get grounded in the Word, so that they might become the future missionaries and ministers of the Gospel.
Tonight's message was "How do we know when the Great Commission is being fulfilled?" and the challenge was to us to be passionate in our proclaiming of the Good News, to our neighbors and the nations, and to not neglect any part of the Great Commission--preaching, teaching and giving.
It really was the most incredible time---I wish even more people could see that. My teens had a great time, so did my younger ones--they really loved seeing all the different booths and speaking to the various mission workers, including one very special guy named John Dongerdive from India.
Blessings,
RK Minnich,
Broad Ripple"
