Children's Pastor

Vineyard Community Church of Indianapolis is looking for a new full-time Children’s Pastor. Children's ministry at theVineyard includes infants through 6th graders with plenty of dedicated volunteers and resources. We are currently using 2:52 Curriculum from Northpoint Community Church which is integrated with our KidStuf Family Event which happens weekly on Sunday Mornings. We have two weekend services during which we minister to approximately 100 children. The successful candidate will be responsible for vision development, vision casting, staff management, ministry development, team building, and volunteer management and development among other general pastoral duties. The successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to Vineyard values and spiritual disciplines. The candidate will be a lifelong learner with excellent references and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a heart for children of all ages. Calling to and experience in Children's Ministry is a must. The compensation package includes salary and full-benefits. Salary is based on qualifications and experience.
