Pulliam: Governor's Gambling Temptation

Gov. Mitch Daniels usually stays on top of his game.

He knows his numbers, keeps track of the facts and grasps the political implications of the issues before him.

But when the subject is gambling, he's letting the state amble into a serious case of addiction, presumably thinking he can control the bad habit somewhere down the road.
