ABOUT OUTREACH INC.
The Christian ministry, founded in 1996 by Executive Director Eric Howard, provides physical, emotional and spiritual support to help make homeless teens in Indianapolis productive members of society. Services include street outreach, job and life-skills training, counseling, educational and legal assistance and such amenities as showers, food and laundry.
