Day 37 FHL 40-day prayer

Our prayer focus for Faith, Hope and Love Week is taken from Isaiah 61:1-2:

July 24, 2007
“The spirit of the sovereign Lord is on me
because He has anointed me
to preach good news to the poor.”

Father, You have said that the poor we will always have among us. We are all poor in different ways - some financially, some spiritually, some relationally, some emotionally, some morally. The “ways” may be different but the answer is the same. Help us carry Your good news to every kind of poverty we encounter.

porque el me ha unjido para predicar las buenas nuevas a los pobres.”

Padre tu has dicho a los pobres que tendremos siempre entre nosotros.Somos todos pobres de diversas maneras - algunas financieramente, algunos espiritual, algunos sin amistad, algunos emocionalmente, algunos moral. Las "maneras" pueden ser diferentes pero la respuesta es igual. Ayúdenos a llevar tus buenas nuevas a cada clase de pobreza que encontramos.
