Blackbaud buys out Indy-based eTapestry
South Carolina-based Blackbaud, a provider of software services to non-profit organizations, said it has acquired privately owned eTapestry for about $24.8 million, plus up to $1.5 million under a two-year stock-based performance incentive arrangement.
