It’s not often that a job seeker gets to talk with and make a good impression on numerous employers in one day. But you can do just that if you the fifth annual U.S. Senator Evan Bayh and Mayor Bart Peterson Job Fair and Small Business Summit.
Put on your best business outfit and bring copies of your résumé to this important event, where you can choose from 100 employers who’ll set up shop for a day just so they can interview enthusiastic job seekers like you.
Thursday, Aug. 23
9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Conseco Fieldhouse
125 S. Pennsylvania St .
Just in case you can’t make it that day, you’ll be able to view all the job openings offered at the fair on the virtual job fair Web site, www.indyjobfair.org, from 4 p.m. on the day of the job fair until Sept. 14. If the company in which you’re interested can accommodate online applications, you can follow a link to its Web site to apply online.
