Wanted: Director of Children's Ministry

The Director of Children’s Ministry has primary leadership responsibility for all ministry to children ages birth through 5th grade at ZPC. As the leader of the Children’s Ministry Team, the DCM supervises other Children’s Ministry staff members and develops their skills so they can be “leaders of leaders,” leading volunteers who in turn develop teams that provide the capacity for ministry to hundreds of children. The ultimate purpose is to partner with parents to welcome, equip, and send children to live out ZPC’s mission to “be disciples who make disciples” in an age-appropriate manner and to disciple the volunteers in the process
