Friday Prayer Siren

It's Friday... and nearly time for the weekly 'prayer siren' to sound throughout our communities here in Indiana. What a great reminder to stop a few minutes especially to praise God for the blessings He's bestowed on us communally. And at the same time pray for our leaders, national, statewide, and especially here in our own communities. Government leaders, pastors, teachers, and other civic heroes who labor diligently... on our behalf.

And importantly, pray specifically for our neighbors.

Moreover, what a great time & way to regularly remind those leaders: we're not just 'saying' we'll pray for you... but in fact when YOU hear the siren each week, you'll KNOW for certainty that you're being prayed for by driven Christians... right that very moment.

Special Note: Next Thursday, May 1st, is 'National Day of Prayer' -- the special day each year especially devoted to accentuating the call to pray for our leaders. And there are a growing number of prayer initiatives around the metro community...
