Facebook Rides?

Don't get too excited. It's just an idea. But maybe one whose time as come.

Could Facebook solve the oil crisis?



While we probably AREN'T willing to ride with strangers, we probably ARE willing... maybe even eager to ride with our friends. Or even to ride with, and get to know, friends of our friends.

So this is perhaps an idea whose time has come!

And it doesn't seem like rocket-science for a Web2.0/Facebook type programmer.

Does it? Talk amongst y'selves.
