Governor To Hold Faith Leaders Luncheon... Aug. 19th

Faith Leaders' Luncheon
Featuring Gov. Mitch Daniels
Noon, Tuesday, Aug 19th
Location: Jonathan Byrd's Cafeteria
100 Byrd Way, Greenwood, Indiana.

There is strong initial interest and we look forward to welcoming a wide array of Indiana faith leaders from various communities, traditions and beliefs for a time of fellowship and refreshment with our State's Chief Executive Officer.

The invitation is for faith leaders (pastors, ministry leaders, para-church professionals and other community leaders engaged in public ministry). As this is a free gathering focused on faith leaders, we do ask you limit the invitation to demonstrated faith community leaders, whether volunteer or paid.

The highlight of our gathering will be remarks by the Governor. In addition, we will have a variety of materials guiding churches and other non-profits toward the activities they may engage in consistent with their tax-exempt status to inform and encourage faith-filled Hoosiers to fully participate in the political process. But this is not a fundraiser nor is it a campaign rally.
