Men Rescue People, Animals from House Fire...

One of our IndyChristian friends was involved first-hand in a heroic effort today, according to WTHR today...



"The other rescuer, Mike Boler, said the occupants of the duplex were disoriented when he went inside, including a man upstairs.

"He was trying to get dressed, so I put him over my shoulder and we just came down the steps," Boler said."

I had to do a double take when I saw the news today. (before I saw IndyChristian.TV; shame on me)... I'm glad to see that you guys were there and ready to get a little dirty to "snatch people from the flames". Real good Biblical illustration here isn't there.

Sometimes you are on your way to something that you've planned when God puts something different on the agenda. Then you must be willing to take a chance and pound on a few doors. You even have to take the initiative or as the one fellow said, "If you guys hadn't come and woke me up, I would have died, slept right through it."

I am truly thankful that noone was injured!
