'Indy Timeline' of Upcoming Events Carmel-Westfield FHL Coordination... April 14th
[per email from Merlin Gonzales to regional pastors/leaders...]Our next area meeting will be at Carmel United Methodist on April 14th at 8:30am.
The first Carmel area churches meeting for the Faith Hope & Love Week 2009 (Missions trip in your own backyard, July 19-25) was held at Hazel Dell Christian Church. Thanks for Kurt Berger for hosting the meeting and to Fred Knoll for doing the presentation. Special thanks to Fred Knoll of White River Christian Church for his wonderful presentation about FHL Week.
Here's what we discussed (not in detail):
* Stories about FHL Week 2008
* The Experiential model of Jesus' teaching
* Relationship over task
* Unity and discipleship
* 'Save the Date' church bulletin announcement
As we look at what God is doing, we can get overwhelmed; however, as long as we keep connected with him, we will enjoy the process and we will see miracles along the way. We are distributors of God's blessings to our community and we allow others to come alongside us. Hallelujah!
