FHL March eZine: Revival Begins With You!
The Book of Acts shows how revival and church growth comes, not by human effort but through the power of the Holy Spirit. The Spirit that worked with the Apostles is the same Holy Spirit that is currently at work in the church and is within you.
Acts 1:8, “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” .
Then, the Apostle Peter spoke to the crowd and about 3000 people accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
The Spirit of God was poured out on the people and revival started in the early church. Acts 2:41, “41Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day.”
Luke 17:20-21, “Once, having been asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, “The kingdom of God does not come with your careful observation, 21nor will people say, ‘Here it is,’ or ‘There it is,’ because the kingdom of God is within you.”
It is possible to be right next to God and miss Him. Just like the Pharisees and the teachers of the Law. They were the “Religious” people of the day. The very person that they have been studying about all their lives was right in front of them and missed Him. It interesting that the demoniacs, those who were considered unclean, the drunkards and the prostitutes knew Jesus right away. See Matthew 8:28-29
That’s because they rejected the teachings of Jesus and the Holy Spirit. They studied the Scriptures but they did not have personal relationship with Jesus. That’s what religion do to people. They become experts and scholars of the Word but they miss the point…relationship with Jesus. Many times, we are motivated by religion rather than having relationship with God and with others.
This is what we teach our people at FHL. Relationship with God and with others-the TWO Greatest Commandments-Loving God and Loving others.
James 2:14-19, “What good is it, my brothers, if a man claims to have faith but has no deeds?…”
Most of Jesus’ ministry on earth was spent outside the temple and in the marketplace. He was constantly in the streets preaching the Good News and demonstrating the love of God to others. Full Gospel Business Men Fellowship Dinner: Speaker, Merlin Gonzales
Indianapolis Chapter 2015 of Full Gospel Business Men Fellowship welcomes all members and guests to our Friday Night January 8th, 2010 Dinner Meeting at the fabulous Westside Garden Plaza.
This month speaker is Merlin Gonzales. Merlin has been exposed to many different lifestyles. He has been to different countries and many U. S. cities where his eyes were to be opened to the core need of the human heart.
Merlin has been a business man, a worker on cruise ships, a corporate recruiter, a church leader with several outreaches within his church discipling several individuals to take over the ministries.
He has founded several Ministries including: Consuming Fire Ministries and the present focus of Faith, Hope and Love Community, Inc., an Indianapolis, Indiana full cycle ministry.(See the complete bio attached)

God is pouring out His Spirit on all flesh!
It's been a while since I posted a blog. I'm going to try to keep you updated more often of the events to come. This is a wonderful hour of God's outpouring and at FHL we are determined to be right in the flow! The time has come.
It is now that God is pouring out His Spirit on all flesh. -
Acts. 2 :17 .

Isaiah 60:2 ... "For behold, darkness will cover the earth And deep darkness the peoples; But the LORD will rise upon you And His glory will appear upon you. ...Habakkuk 2:14 "... For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of Jehovah as the waters cover the sea. ..."Haggai 2: 6-9 "This is what the LORD Almighty says: 'In a little while I will once more shake the heavens and the earth, the sea and the dry land. I will shake all nations, and what is desired by all nations will come, and I will fill this house with glory,' says the LORD Almighty. 'The silver is mine and the gold is mine,' declares the LORD Almighty. 'The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house,' says the LORD Almighty. 'And in this place I will grant peace,' declares the LORD Almighty."Can you imagine an outpouring of God's Presence that contains all the past revivals into one? Millions of souls drawn into the Kingdom. Experiences of God's glory poured out on new and old believers. People returning to their first love. Can you remember how " hot " you were for the Lord when you first believed? The fear and awe and reverence of the Lord will permeate your being and affect your atmosphere everywhere you go.What about being used by the Lord to heal the sick, raise the dead, cast out demons and bring souls into the Kingdom? We are each commissioned by our Lord to
"..GO into all the world." - (Mark 16 : 15). We don't need permission to obey the scriptures. Just Go! Taste first and see that the Lord is good then give out what you receive.
What does this look like personally? As God's Presence gets thicker on the earth as it descends and his glory rises up in your heart it will affect your flesh and you will experience a greater revelation of His love, peace and joy because the Kingdom of God is righteousness, peace and Joy in the Holy Ghost. There is something though we have to do to receive. We have to start with a hunger for more of God's presence. If you don't have a hunger then pray for a hunger and do what you did when you first believed. Your river inside will respond and release to your flesh - mind, will, emotions that God has already put inside of you. Have others pray for you. Come and dine - it's for you and yours!
We, as a CityWide ministry effort are pressing into activities to see the body restored, re-visioned and refreshed in God's Presence to cause them to be active citizens of Kingdom expansion. We are equipping, healing, and many opportunities to join in on what God is doing in the city. We manifest the joy and see regular impartations of it. We are seeing healings and restorations take place.

Progression of Spiritual Demographics
At least 3 people received Jesus as their Savior at the last FHL Mobile Food Pantry at Boys & Girls Club, Indianapolis. Just between the pantry & the Street Evangelism, we are averaging 2 salvations a week. At the same time, we are adding more disciples on a monthly basis through other FHL ministries.
I have sensed the collision of Light and darkness in the spiritual realm at the last Pantry. I asked the Lord what's happening? A thought came to me...we are not the Savior, He is. We leave the judgment to God. Our job is to create an environment where love is overflowing to the extent that people get attracted to us. God is saying,"
The harvest is plentiful and I am sending them to you." The anointing is getting stronger and so is the opposition.
If we show the tangible unconditional love of Christ to the world, they can't help but come to us. It is the manifest Presence of God that brings people to us.
Romans 2:4b: "
God's kindness leads you toward repentance"
There will be more and more non-Christians coming to serve with us, through Kindness Days, Pantry, Farm, other Outreaches, etc. We need to be ready as the harvest is right in front of us. We also need to be alert that the enemy is opportunistic.
God has been showing us new ways to reach out and to bring the message. He had opened doors for us to minister to churches and to the world. There are many new things that He is doing in our ministry. It's mind-boggling for me to see non-Christians literally get attracted to us in serving those in need. The stories in Jesus' time is manifesting in our midst!
Living a lifestyle of unconditional love allows us to live in freedom and bring the Kingdom of God into the hearts of others! What a privilege to experience Heaven expanding in our communities.

"Bertha and I got up in front this past Sunday and told the Church about the (FHL) food pantry and how awesome it was to be a part of it than I told them about the Citywide prayer and about FHL they are all excited and one of the ladies from our church spoke up and said that what she has a heart for and that she is manager of some apartments in Greenwood that houses 250 refugees and she wants to get something going there." - Debra F.

Days 5 and 6: FHL Week 2009
It seems like the days go by so fast during FHL Week and yet it feels like God stretches each minute of the day so that we have all we need to get the work done. Dozens of projects and services were performed by hundreds of volunteers in Central Indiana.
- Light Construction at residential homes, playground clean up and bottle water giveaway at apartment complex were among the many projects in the Urban area
- Visiting Nursing and Retirement Home outreaches by the Greenwood and Nora-Castleton areas
- Gardening in Avon, IN by the West side area and by the Multi-Cultural ministry of FHL
- Continued effort of community restoration of the Noblesvilles area (Riverwood Community) and the Northwest area (Elizaville)
- At least 20 individuals have come to salvation in the Lord to date
There are dozens of untold stories of unconditional love that I have not yet heard. There are people that are part of those untold stories of unconditional love I have not had the opportunity to visit yet. Of Special Note: Below is the mid-week video that was put together by Jim Ackert, another volunteer that I had the privilege to work with.
There are several projects and services scheduled today, Saturday, July 25th, from Johnson County to Hamilton County. I may have missed some events today, but below are some of them:
- Community Cookout with live music at Metro Baptist Center 952 N. Pennsylvania, noon to 4p (Urban area)
- Single Mom Oil Change (West side area)
- Elizaville Town dedication (Northwest area)
- Fishers Community worship at Holland Park, Fishers, 5:30pm (Nora/Castleton area)
The rain came during the first day of FHL Week and while I am writing this, rain is pouring down again. It seems like a symbolism of God's outpouring of His blessings in our communities. Yes, God had and have been scattering His resources and His love everywhere. You and I have the privilege to join God in distributing His blessings where ever we go...bringing His Presence and Glory anywhere, anytime.
FHL Week is not just a week event but a start of continued flow of God's grace and love in our neighborhoods.
